Office Action (OA) set date pre-sets are pre-set task lists based on receiving a piece of correspondence from an Official Office. 

To trigger OA pre-set in Equinox:

  1. Go to the Tasks tab of your case

  2. Click the Add Set Date button


  3. This takes you to the Add Pre-set from Set Date page, where you'll see a list of the relevant pre-sets for this kind of case 

  4. You can expand out the title to see the tasks included in this pre-set 

  5. Click the Select button next to the relevant pre-set 

  6. This opens up the Add Tasks screen. You'll see that the DescriptionDue Date and Importance fields have already been filled in for you. 

    Note: If any of the tasks aren't relevant to this case you can click the 'Ignore' button to make sure that task isn't added along with the rest of the list. 

  7. Under History Dates, enter the date when you received the correspondence from the OA or any other relevant set date for the pre-set.

  8. Click the Proceed button to apply the pre-sets to the case.
