The Equinox Microsoft plugin lets you open files in Microsoft Office applications. You can then save them to cases within your Equinox account. 

The plugin is compatible with the following Microsoft Office applications:

• Excel
• Outlook
• PowerPoint
• Word

Note: The plugin is only compatible with Outlook for Windows. It is not compatible with Outlook on the web, or New Outlook for Windows.

You'll need to install the plugin in your computer before using. All the information you need is in our installation guide.
