Login


To start using the plugin after installation, you will need to login to the Equinox Plugin using your Equinox credentials.

  1. Open an Office Application (Word, Outlook etc.)
  2. A pop-up box will appear upon launching the Office Application
  3. Enter your Equinox login credentials


You will only need to do this once to link your account to Equinox. The Equinox Office Plugin can only be connected with one Equinox account at a time.

 

Logout


If you need to connect your plugin to a different Equinox account, or if another user is logged into the plugin on your PC, you can logout of the Equinox Office Plugin, then log back in again.


  1. Open an Office Application (word, Outlook etc.)
  2. Click on 'Equinox' in the ribbon
  3. Click on 'Properties' > Login
  4. Click 'Logout of Equinox OI'


Once you have logged out you would need to close and re-open an Office Application to launch the login box as above.
