This article outlines how to save a file to Equinox using the Equinox Office Plugin.


Open an Office application and click on 'Equinox' in the ribbon.


Click the ‘Save to Equinox’ option to save the file you are working on to a case within your Equinox account. The file will be saved in the Documents tab of the case.


A pop-up box will appear to record the information required to save the file to Equinox.


  1. Type in the case code to save the file to. The drop-down list will find any case codes that match. Select the relevant case code.
  2. Record any additional details. Click ‘Save New’
  3. The file will be saved to the Documents tab of the case for future reference.

 

 

Note: There is also an option to save a file locally via the Equinox Microsoft Plugin. This option allows users to save the file on their PC, rather than uploading it to Equinox.
