Once Organisations in your Address Book are assigned to a Group you can view a diagram of the group hierarchy.

Go to Address Book > Mailing Lists > Click on the name of the Group.

The diagram is displayed below.

Click ‘Export’ in the top left of the diagram to download a .PNG image of the diagram.
