The options in the left-hand menu of the Locations screen provide the functionality to manage and create new contacts from a Location.


The following options are outlined in the table below:


Option

Description

Move Location

This enables the Location to be moved to a different Organisation in the Address Book.

To use this functionaltiy, certain permissions are required.

Merge Location

This enables two Locations at any Organisations in the Address Book to be merged into one Location.

To use this functionaltiy, certain permissions are required.

Show/Hide Full Address

This enables users to view how the Address will be displayed in Correspondence.

To use this functionaltiy, certain permissions are required.

Generate Applicant

This enables an Applicant/Inventor/Licensee contact to be created from the Location.
