The options in the left-hand menu of the Person screen provide functionality to manage and create new contacts from a Person.

 

The following options are outlined in the table below:


Option

Description

Copy Person

This enables the Person to be duplicated and saved as a separate Person at another Location.
Users require certain permission to use this functionality.

Move Person

This enables the Person to be moved to a different Location in the Address Book. 

Users require certain permission to use this functionality.

Merge Person

This enables two People at any Location in the Address Book to be merged into one Person. 

Users require certain permission to use this functionality.

Generate Applicant

This enables a new Applicant/Inventor/Licensee contact to be created from the Person’s details.
