Equinox provides some built-in finance reports to help track your finance and charge information, e.g., view a list of Billed charges or Charges logged per user.
These reports can be accessed from the Finance tab.
They are split into two categories:
Report Category | Description |
Analysis Reports | Track work that has been logged by case, user, date etc. Track invoice adjustments and payment information. |
Charge Reports | Track information about the charges that are being logged per case, user, date etc. |
Note: It's possible to create custom Invoice and Charge reports.
Analysis Reports
Report | Description |
Adjustment Report (by User) | Analyse which users have added adjustments within invoices. |
Adjustment Report (by Invoice) | Analyse which invoices have adjustments to the amount. |
Aged Analysis | Track invoice payment dates to highlight bad/late payers. |
Professional Fees for Financial Year | Analyse fixed and time charges that have been logged and billed by user, year and month. |
Work In Progress – Detailed | Displays unbilled charges up to a defined date with various filter options available. |
Work In Progress – Summary | Displays an overview of unbilled charges up to a defined date. |
Payment Ref Report | Track associate invoice with payment and invoice details. |
Charge Reports
Report | Description |
Unbilled Charges List | Displays all unbilled charges with ability to filter by charge information. |
Unbilled Charges List (by Cases) | Displays all unbilled charges, grouped by case. Ability to filter by charge information. |
Billed Charges List | Displays all billed charges with ability to filter by charge information. |
Charge Analysis | Analyse charges by category, client and type. |
Fees Logged | Analyse charges logged by user in a certain time period. |
Fees Logged (by Day) | View charges logged by a user on a particular day. |
Charges By Business Unit | Analyse charges that have been added by the ‘Business Unit’ drop down used on the case Details tab. (This is designed for in-house subscribers). |
Time Charge Summary | Displays all Time charges added between specified date by a user. |
