You can use the Case Details screen to record important dates and the corresponding numbers and country codes.

 

These dates are sometimes referred to as the case ‘history dates’ within Equinox.

 

You can add custom date fields to a case layout. 

 

 

Below is a table of all the system default dates that you can include in your case layout.

Note: When you enter one of these dates for the first time, Equinox will warn you if any pre-sets are relevant to this case. The reminder appears as a yellow/orange box near the top of the screen - in this case it's letting us know we've changed h2 - the Filing date. See Add Outstanding Pre-Sets for more details.
