The case Details screen lets you record and display the earliest priority in the Priority Date field. You can also record additional priority dates for a case in Equinox.

 

To record or view additional priorities:

 

  1. Click the ‘+’ link next to the ‘Priority Date’ field. The number next to the ‘+’ sign indicates the number of additional priorities that have been recorded.

  2. You'll see a pop-up box with the following options:
  •  First Priority Date recorded on the case.
  • Any additional Priorities that are already recorded (there is the option to ‘Edit’ or ‘Remove’ these priorities)
  • Other Priorities recorded within the case family that are not included on the case you are viewing. You can add these to the case by ticking the box on the left next to the priority date and clicking the green ‘Add to case’ button.
  • Add a new additional Priority to both the Case and Family by entering the date, country code and number and clicking ‘Add’.


To return to the case Details screen click the Close button or the x button in the top right corner.
