Note: Users require certain permissions to use this option.


This option enables the Person to be duplicated and saved as a separate Person at a different location in the Address Book.

  1. Go to the Address Book
  2. Search and click on the Person’s name
  3. Click ‘Copy Person’ in the left-hand menu
  4. Enter the name of the Location the Person should be copied to > ‘Next’
  5. On the Summary screen click ‘Copy’ to save the Person at the new Location or click ‘Cancel’ to prevent the changes being saved

The Person will be saved as a separate contact at the new Location. 


Note: As well as using the ‘Copy Person’ function to save contact details to a new Location, it is also possible to add an existing Person to a location. The latter does not create each contact as a separate Person and makes it easier to view all the details under one record. For more information please see ‘Location People’.
