The Timesheet can be used to track case and non-case related Time that has been logged in the system.


Note: The Timesheet needs to be enabled within an Equinox system before it can be accessed. Please contact our Support team to use this functionality.


Once enabled, the Timesheet can be accessed by clicking on ‘Timesheet’ in the navigation bar.

Record Time in the Timesheet

Users can record case related time charges (billable and non-billable) as well as non-case related time within the Timesheet.

View Time Logged in the Timesheet

Logged time can be viewed per user and across all users within Equinox.

The breakdown of logged time can be viewed per day, week or month.

Timesheet Reports and Targets

Users can view reports of the time recorded by each user and set targets for logging time per week.
