This article outlines how to use the Timesheet to view all Time that has been logged in your Equinox System.


Recorded time can be viewed for each user in the following ways:

Note: The Timesheet also provides further reports on time logged by each user. Please see 'Timesheet Reports Overview' for more information.


View Time Logged Per Week


To see an overview of time logged by individual users per week:

  1. Go to the Timesheet tab of the navigation bar
  2. Select the user whose time you want to view under ‘Timesheet for’
  3. Enter the start date of the week you want to view

 

The table will display all time (case related, non-case related, billable and non-billable) currently logged for that user over the selected week.

 


View Time Logged Per Day


To see an overview of time logged by individual users per day:

  1. Go to the Timesheet tab of the navigation bar
  2. Select the user whose time you want to view under ‘Timesheet for’
  3. Enter the date of the day you want to view
  4. Click on the name of the day

 

 The recorded time for that day is listed in 2 sections:

Section

Description

Case related time

 

This lists each Time charge recorded by the user, along with the case code which acts as a link to view the details of the case and make any amendments to the charges.

Non-case related time

 

This lists all non-case related time recorded in the Timesheet. Click the ‘Edit’ link on the right to amend the details/notes.

 

Click ‘Show Weekly’ in the top right to return to an overview of the week.
