This article outlines the information available in the Time List within the Timesheet.


This report lets users filter logged time per case, user and type between a specific date range.



To access the Time List:

  1. Go to the Timesheet tab of the navigation bar 
  2. Click on Timesheet Reports in the left-hand menu

  3. Click the Time List tab
  4. Use the filters to search for specific time logged between a set date range

 

Option

Description

User

Filter by the user responsible for the logged time

Date

View the Date the Time was logged. Enter a date range in the 'From' and 'To' fields.

Case Code

Type a case to filter by. Tick the ‘Ignore’ option to exclude all case related Time.

Type

Select a type of non-case related time to filter by. Tick the ‘Ignore’ option to exclude all non-case related Time.
