Information included on the Client Access dashboard

When your client first logs into their Client Access account, the following pop-up will appear. This pop-up explains how to:

  1. Use the map to see an overview of their case data

  2. Use the main navigation bar to locate specific cases

  3. Access their user account

  4. Edit their user account details

Note: Your clients can tick the box next to 'Hide this help box on login' if they don't want to see this information each time they log in.

View data by country

The map provides a visual overview of which countries your client's cases are in.

When your client clicks on a country on the map, a pop-up appears with the relevant cases for that country. They can see basic information about cases based there.

To view more data about a case, your clients should click the name of the case they want more details about. For more information on viewing individual case information in Client Access, see our article on viewing case information on Client Access.

Example - Viewing all Canadian cases

In this example, we want to view all of our Canadian cases. To do this:

  1. From the world map on the dashboard, click on Canada

  2. A pop up will appear that lists all of your Canadian cases

  3. If you want to view more details about a case, click on Attorney Ref. The Client Access portal will then show you more case details.

Your clients can customise these preferences further by clicking the Advanced button. This expands the pop-up to show further case statuses, which are divided into:
